How Much is The 911 Summit Registration Fee?

There's not one! It's FREE! Attendee's are responsible for lodging and food, but there is no cost to attend. Use of The 911 Summit Event Room at Barren River State Resort is sponsored by Barren-Metcalfe Emergency Communications Center and The City of Glasgow.

Who Can Attend The 911 Summit?

The 911 Summit is for 911 Public Safety Answering Point Directors, Assistant Directors and their upper management staff.

What Do I Have To Do To Attend?

All you need to do is submit a registration form from this website, reserve your lodging directly with The Resort Lodge and your registered! See you on February 21st!

Can More Than One of My Staff Attend?

Absolutely! Submit only one registration for your Agency and list each person attending along with their managing title. But be sure to register so we know how many seats to plan for!

What Can I Expect To Get From The 911 Summit?

Ever had to call a neighboring 911 Director or wish you could ask someone whose "been there and done it" about a situation going on in your 911 Center? That's what this experience is about! Kentucky has some of the best Directors in the nation and it's a great opportunity to get them on your speed dial!

Is Lodging and Meals Included?

No. Lodging and Meals are the responsibility of the attendee and presenters. There is no registration fee for attendance to The 911 Summit.

Is There A Discounted Lodging Rate For The 911 Summit?

Yep! Just be sure to state the group name when you call or enter the group code 2350 when reserving lodging online. The rate is $75.61 before taxes. If you have a cheaper rate through other means, feel free to book without using the group code or name.

Does This Event Count for Inservice Credit Hours Through KLEC?

No. This event does not count for credit hours, however, information learned here would be hard found in a classroom setting.

Do I Have to Attend Both Days to Participate?

No, but we highly encourage it. Both days of panel sessions will be found extremely informative, but if a conflict arises and you can only attend one day or another, no worries!

The 911 Summit is intended to be a professional atmosphere for learning, but we want you be comfortable, so business casual or agency issued uniforms will work great!
